In 2000, he graduated from the M.E. Zhukovsky National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” with a degree in “Radioelectronic Devices, Systems, and Complexes.”
In 2024, he graduated from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics with a degree in “Cybersecurity.”
From 2000 to 2025, he served in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and held various positions at the Center for Educational and Information Technologies, Electronic Communications, and Cybersecurity at the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
In 2009, he successfully defended his master’s thesis on the topic “Geometric Modeling of Elliptical Sections of Phase Portraits of Oscillatory Systems in Determining Their Stability Regions” and earned the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty “Applied Geometry, Engineering Graphics.” In 2019, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
In April 2025, he was appointed to the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Metrology and Life Safety at Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.
