Olga Nazarenko in 2009 graduated from Kharkov National Automobile and highway University and got degree in the "Operation and repair of urban and road transport. Vocational education ", in the same year she began work at the university as an assistant at the “Technology of Mechanical Engineering and Repair” department.

Since 2012, the lecturer at the “Engineering and Computer Graphics” Department In 2013 she defended thesis in "Improving the methods for evaluating passenger cars" on the specialty 05.22.20 – Operation and repair of transport vehicles.
